SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
Within Dhaka 3-5 days
Outside Dhaka 5-7 days
Prints are shipped in flat cardboard envelopes for prints up to 12x16 inches, larger prints are rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes with end caps.
Orders are sent using local courier services.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
This is a small independently run business. So, it will not be possible to offer refunds and exchanges once the item is shipped. If an item arrives damaged then please do get in touch and it will be sorted out for you. In the unlikely case that you don’t receive your item within 14 days then please contact by email and we will investigate. If your return claim is validated, reimbursement will be made in full amount in 7-10 days or a reshipment will be issued which may take 1-2 weeks.
WHAT PAPER IS USED?
The art prints are printed onto very high quality matte paper stock to bring out the brilliant colour, deep blacks and depth of every artwork.
