REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES

  • DHAKAYEAH is a very small shop and that’s why it would not be possible to return any purchased items. However, if your item arrives damaged, or if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact by email (community@dhakayeah.com.) so that alternate arrangements can be made. 
  • If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this by sending an e-mail to community@dhakayeah.com. 
  • If your return claim is validated, reimbursement will be made in full amount in 7-10 days or a reshipment will be issued which may take 1-2 weeks.
  • Colours on the prints may slightly vary from the colours on the screen.
